Preparing a Human
At 42 years old, my husband and I finally kicked a family into gear, and in 2015, I naturally became pregnant. During those nine months of building a baby, I had and insatiable appetite for knowledge and incessantly educated myself on maternity and child wellness. I knew the greatest gift I could give my developing child was first a healthy home to grow in, so I did my best to eat well, stay hydrated, load up on the appropriate prenatal vitamins, live happily, and exercise.
Even during my final weeks, I continued exercising with my husband as we sought out Pacific Northwest hiking adventures on trails with often over 500-1,000 feet in elevation gain. I was rotund with an extra 40 pounds primarily protruding from my belly. Thankfully, my husband bought me walking sticks which came in super handy for securing my balance on nature trail terrain. Mouths gaped as onlooking hikers passed us, some even exclaiming I was crazy. Inside I was exhilarated, sometimes out of breath, and my feet ceaselessly ached under my extra weight; yet there’s nothing like keeping fit, enjoying nature, and feeling joy in the moment, especially during the countdown days of pregnancy when I just felt like I was going to explode.
The Gift of Immunity Through Breast Feeding
Upon the arrival of our daughter, my knowledge and research showed me that the next greatest gift to my child and her future, aside from the obvious outpouring of love, was breastfeeding and providing that lifeline to immunity for as long as possible.
I breastfed for 2 1/4 years. It was an incredibly beautiful bonding experience with my daughter. I had the ability to also feed on demand and I used a pump only once. I am so grateful my husband and I designed our lives to be able to provide this gift to our daughter. Every family’s life circumstance is different, yet the fact of the matter is, “all mothers provide some degree of disease protection to their infants by passing immunity through both the placenta and breast milk,” Dissolving Illusions.
“Breastfeeding infants borrow the mother’s innate immune system and memory immunity that was acquired through her previous natural infection… Breast milk carries a host of viral-neutralizing agents other than immune globulins… Breast milk is not just a food, and its immunoprotective properties involve more than just antibodies. Colostrum contains viable T lymphocytes that impart immunity to the newborn,” Dissolving Illusions, Measles Chapter, page 550.
If the breast feeding stage of life has already passed, or you are an adult looking for immune support, thanks to biohacking and other natural science research, there are supplements available today that offer incredible nutrients in lieu of breast milk. Here are a few of our staple supplements:
Armra Colostrum - “When you take ARMRA Colostrum™ you strengthen your body’s barriers, creating a tight seal that prevents threats from crossing into the bloodstream. It’s your best protection against everyday toxins, pollutants, allergens and processed ingredients, paving the way for optimal health and vitality.”
Fatty15 - “The first essential fatty acid to be discovered in over 90 years. This award-winning longevity supplement, developed by scientists over 10 years in collaboration with the U.S. Navy, has 3x more cellular benefits than pure omega-3 (EPA). C15:0 strengthens cells by 80%, improves mitochondrial function by 45% and repairs cells to slow aging-related breakdown and protect long-term health.”
Timeline Mitopure - “As we age, our cells age. Mitopure® is a pure and patented form of Urolithin A, the first postbiotic nutrient shown to trigger a crucial recycling process within our cells called mitophagy, targeting age-related cellular decline.”
Nowdays
At almost 9 years old now, our daughter is rocking great health. My husband and I, both in our 50’s, are staying fit to keep up with her. When we come down with something in our family, we resort to our amplitude of homeopathic options, vitamins, and supplements. Supporting our immune system and letting nature take its course continues to get us through common ailments.
Support life force, versus fighting the germs and medicating with chemicals that often compromise our immune system, is where we prefer to focus our attention. We manage our family health emphasizing hygiene, nutrition, supplementation, immune system support, nature, sunshine, and natural remedies. Conversely, we avoid antibiotics, vaccinations, and medical procedures as much as possible.
Don’t take for granted what the medical institutions affirm. Do your own research to glean knowledge from all perspectives. “In many cases, we as humans have done the best we can with the knowledge of the time, however, upon deep research one can see beyond the dogma of the time that society becomes so entrenched in that experts, being Doctors and government, would rather continue a regimen that has since been proven toxic because their own vain reputation supersedes their mission to heal and do no harm,” also from Dissolving Illusions.
Most people are clueless to medical history, ingredients in drugs and vaccines, and documented adverse reactions. Our children should not have to “pay the price” of being part of the gambling array of adverse reactions with the guise of being for the greater good. From the beginning, I started with breastfeeding, while continuing to devour disease, through preparatory reading, research, and making upgraded choices as I learned.
Sadly, death scrolling on social media in search of a dopamine dump consumes precious hours of our lives that could be better spent say reading a health book, like those listed below, researching information online like the true origins of COVID, or listening to a podcast like those listed below. It will undoubtedly open the mind to historical facts of illness, living conditions, governmental driven eugenics (Darwinian theory societal cleansing - page 280 Dissolving Illusions), sanitation, and medical interventions, the myth and illusion of vaccination safety, necessity, and effectiveness, as well as, offer tools to make new choices on how we can manage our health moving forward as we navigate this extraordinary life experience.
